What is the return policy at solarzoneindia.com?

We provide 100% genuine products and take utmost care to meet the customer’s expectations by releasing fresh products in excellent condition. However, if the product is found damaged, defective, not as per its specifications, or not delivered as per your order, you have the right to return the item.

Our Return Policy allows you to request a replacement of the product or a refund within a maximum of 7 working days. These replacements and refunds will be processed only after the product reaches back to solarzoneindia’s warehouse.

How can you cancel your order?

At solarzoneindia, orders once booked are delivered by default. However, if you wish to cancel your product and the package is open or tampered with, or if you do not like the product and it has not been installed, you can email us at support@solarzoneindia.com or call us at (+91) ....................

Once you request cancellation of the product, it will be processed upon receipt by solarzoneindia.com. If the item and packaging are complete, a refund will be initiated. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund. Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for banks to process the refund.
